  • Can I visit any clinic under this scheme?
    The scheme covers your GP needs at a total of 66 panel clinics islandwide. This plan is crafted to give corporates, especially Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs), access to outpatient GP care.
  • Can I go to any clinic for the basic health screening?
    At the moment, basic health screening is only available at Heals clinic (Tanjong Pagar).
  • Can I use government subsidies along with the scheme?
    Yes, government subsidies, such as Medisave and CHAS, can be used together with the scheme, unless the panel clinic is not eligible for government subsidies.
  • Is there any exclusion on coverage for the scheme?
    No, there is no age cap or exclusion of pre-existing conditions that will not covered by the consultations.
  • Do I need to make payment for the consult?
    For any needs that fall outside of what is covered within the unlimited GP scheme, you have to top-up the difference out of pocket. This scheme covers a restricted list of medications and does not cover for procedures, dental, specialists, tests and/or hospitalisation. ​
  • Can an individual purchase this plan?
    At the moment, the plan is only available to individuals through a corporate entity sign up.
  • How do I enrol my company's employees under this scheme?
    Complete the form above and we will be in touch with you within 3 working days for more details to facilitate corporate enrolment and account set up.
  • What happens if my employee is no longer part of the company?
    Plan pro-ration is calculated on a fixed quarterly basis (Jan- Mar, Apr- Jun, Jul- Sep and Oct- Dec) at the end of the company’s annual contract. Excess amount paid will be auto credited to the company’s account to be used for contract renewal.
